Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 72 hours (3 business days) before dispatch. Orders are not shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.
Delivery Times (UK Only)
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Next Day Delivery: Order before 2pm for next business day delivery (Monday–Friday)
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Free Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Cancellations & Address Changes
Orders may be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to update it before shipment.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photo or video evidence.
Approved cases will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Items must be unused
Items must be returned in original packaging
Return authorisation must be obtained before sending items back

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged.
For items valued over £75, we recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Downloadable or digital products
Items not returned in original condition due to reasons not caused by us
