Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns & Authorisation

Before returning any item, you must contact us by email at info@blancnmist.com to request return authorisation and return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order and you have not contacted us within this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Items damaged due to misuse, accidental drops, or improper handling are not eligible

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Gift cards

Downloadable or digital products

Items not returned in original condition or missing parts not due to our error


Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We may request photo or video evidence to speed up the resolution.

If approved, we will cover return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund

If the item is not faulty, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a tracked service.
We strongly recommend insurance for items valued over £75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Processing takes approximately 3–5 business days after inspection

Bank or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for items confirmed as faulty or damaged and reported within 30 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, contact info@blancnmist.com.


Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit may be issued once the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
